I just got a text message from an anonymous friend (she doesn’t want people knowing who she is online, even though no one reads this blog :P) about weight loss supplements, after reading my earlier blog post.
She takes supplements apparently. And from what I understand, they work for her. That would make sense in her case, though. She’s an avid tennis player, and recently took up kick boxing. You guys should see her. Fit like crazy!
But the point is, she read about my little rant on diet pills. And wanted to know if that concerns weight loss supplement that are sold in gyms and health food stores. Yeah, they’re the same thing. Really, they are.
Weight loss supplement is just a fancy way of going about Diet Pills. Different companies call them different things. But as I said earlier, if you work out. If you eat well. If you live a healthy life, it’s okay to take those pills. Hell, you might not even need them! Because you would be so amazingly fit otherwise.
… I wish I was like her right now. Instead, I sit on my butt in this chair and type away.
